I am thankful for having a wonderful husband and two beautiful children, two great parents, two adventurous and happy sisters, and treasured family and friends in Costa Rica. I am thankful that Sergio passed Step 3 of the medical boards and has been approved for certification here in Colorado, that Luca has received such great medical care, and that Sophie adores her new baby brother and is (literally) inseparable from him.
