Sergio and I sleep in the same room as Sophie, but there is a small division in the wall and she is on the other side. Every morning Sophie wakes up, we hear her go through the list of possible people that might come get her. First, it starts out with Nana, then Papa and progresses on to wowwow (dog), then back to Nana, then baby, and wowwow again. Then she babbles a little bit, and finally ends up Papi or Mama.
Yesterday, Cecilia and I went to the Country Club and Sophie loved the pool. I was surprised because she hasn´t really gone swimming since the summer, but boy did she love it. She also went on the little train with Cecilia, but refused to sit on her lap, she wanted to be by herself in her own seat. She waved bye to all the people as they went around and refused to get off at the end.
Instead of adios, Sophie says Choa, but still uses bye-bye most of the time. Yesterday, she said perro.
Today we have the baby shower for Fabi and Paola, Paola looks so cute with her belly and they seem super happy. They are just finishing a second addition to their own, which includes two big bedrooms with bathrooms and a basement storage-play area. Fabi and Paola are anxiously waiting the arrival of Mariajose in March.
All is well with our pregnancy, Sophie now says baby when people touch my stomach which seems to be getting bigger every day!
