After a day of traveling and a good night's sleep, Sophie and Luca sat on the doors steps of
Hostal Casa Margarita in Panama City. We are in Panama for my brother-in-law, Rigo's, wedding to Gabriella, a Panamanian. Now, our family is even more worldly. To get to this internatinoal wedding, we woke up early Thursday morning in Pueblo. The sun was still coming up when Luca stepped out on the driveway and asked, "Where is the plane?" Oh, sorry Luca, I wish we could take off from our home.
After a 9 am hop from Colorado Springs and a skip from Houston, we arrived safe and sound to Panama at 7 pm. At the airport, we were greeted by Rigo and fiance, Gabriella and her mother. Of course, Sergio's parents, Manuel and Cecilia came, too. All of us went out to dinner and had the most amazing Panamanian seafood. Here, Sophie is with her Costa Rican grandmother, affectionately known as Belita.
