Flowers, mud + water=happy kids

Today was one of those perfect afternoons, the kind you say this moment is what I want to remember in 50 years about motherhood and raising three little ones. Sophie, Luca and Annie were so enthralled in the process of planting and watering the flowers and it was so fun watching them each do their own thing.

Luca was on a mission to carry the peonies up the ladder,



and water them,



and water them again.









Annie was tickled to feel the water run between her toes.
