Today we got up early and prepared to go hiking up Greenhorn Mountain (elevation 12, 347) just south of Pueblo. After packing snacks, lunch and getting everyone ready, baby in tow, Brittany and I headed out the door with our two dogs, Saddie and Rosie. After a drive, we arrived at the trailhead and Brittany popped her niece on her back and we set out. From the top, we could see Pueblo to the Northeast and just beyond Colorado Springs, and to the South the Sangre de Cristos. We love living in Colorado! On the way down, Sophie feel alseep. She was tired of talking her auntie's ear off and playing with her hair.
